Why :: When you have to show that headache or feeling of constriction who’s boss. Use this soothing blend to relieve the pain, uplift your mood and help breathe your way back to balance.
How :: Apply this soothing and uplifting blend to your temples, wrists, back of your neck, shoulders, behind your ears or soles of your feet. Roll a little on your hand and rub your palms together. Spend a moment to take three cleansing deep breaths in through your nose and release your exhale through your mouth (letting out a big sigh helps, too!).
Our blends come in a cobalt blue glass bottle with your choice of a glass roller ball for an even, small amount of oil distribution or a stainless steel rollerball which releases more oil. Simply select your preference below.

Please reuse or recycle our bottles. Small crystals can be used in your own healing ceremonies once your oil is pau (done).
